Peace of the Korean Peninsula we build together (the ceremony marking the 21st anniversary of the Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation)

On November 13, the ceremony marking the 21st anniversary of the Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation (KCRC) was held at the Korea Federation of SMEs in Yeouido, Seoul. Participants shared the achievements and tasks of inter-Korean exchange and cooperation at the non-government level over the last 21 years.
Vice Unification Minister Suh Ho read the congratulatory remarks on behalf of President Moon Jae-in. President Moon said, “Denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula is still a work in process,” adding, “It is time for more and more people to unite and take action in order to realize peace on the Korean Peninsula. He continued, “The government will always support the KCRC’s every step toward building public consensus and broadening social consensus.”
*The Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation (KCRC) was established in 1998 as a consultative body of some 200 political, religious, and civic organizations that represent the entire spectrum of society.
