A touch of compassion at a welfare facility ahead of the Lunar New Year
Vice Minister Moon Seoung-hyun visits a welfare facility ahead of
the Lunar New Year (February 7)
On February 7, Vice Minister Moon Seoung-hyun visited Raphayel’s
House, a social welfare facility for children with severe disabilities
in Jongno-gu, to deliver goods bought from a traditional market and
contributions. He also encouraged both the children with severe
disabilities and the staff.
Vice Minister Moon expressed his gratitude for the hard work of the
staff members at the facility and wished them a warm Lunar New Year holiday.
Vice Minister Moon also watched a piano performance by the visually
impaired individual Mo Jaemin and gave him words of blessing, saying,
“I hope Jaemin can further nurture his talent and become a renowned pianist.”
