The 2nd Unification Advisory s meeting to be held
l This year s second meeting of the Presidential Advisory Council for Unification chaired by Lee Hong-gu will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul.
- The meeting aims to see the current inter-Korean relations and listen to council members opinions to further them.
l Unification Minister Hyun In-tack accompanied by the ministry s director generals is going to attend the meeting where Kim Chun-sig, Assistant Unification Minister, is scheduled to explain what s going on in the relations between the North and the South and then the members of the council will freely exchange their thoughts.
l The council, one of the presidential advisory bodies, has collected the public opinion on unification, given advice or recommendation on this matter to the president since its establishment in 1970.
