The North proposed talks for resuming tours to Mt. Geumgang
The General Guidance Bureau for the Development of Scenic Spots of North Korea send a letter to the Ministry of Unification this afternoon and offered talks in Kaesong, North Korea on November 19 to discuss the resumption of tours to Mt. Geumgang.
The Government will review the proposal.
