□ North Korea sent a letter this morning agreeing to South Korea’s request on March 22nd to discuss the volcanic activity at Mt. Baekdu.
□ The letter notified that the North’s team slated to visit the South would consist of three representatives including one vice director of the institute of volcanology and two assistants.
