South and North Korea have made many agreements up to date, including the July 4 joint statement, basic agreement of 1991, joint declaration for denuclearization, June 15 declaration and October 4 declaration.
Nevertheless, many of them remain unimplemented.
Based on the reality and with the spirit of mutual respect, the South Korean government expects to review possible ways to implement those agreements through consultations between the two Koreas.
