Ministry of Unification (Minister Yu Woo-ik) and Microsoft Corporation Korea (Vice President & Associate General Counsel Microsoft International Legal and Corporate Affairs Craig Shank) will sign a「Business Agreement Between Ministry of Unification and Microsoft Corporation Korea to Support IT Education for Young North Korean Defectors」on November 13 (Tues.), 11:30 A.M. at the Grand Conference room of the Ministry of Unification.
Under the agreement, Microsoft Corporation Korea will provide one hundred million wons' worth of PCs and peripherals as well as online educational programs to seven schools specializing in North Korean defector education via the North Korean Refugees Foundation over the next three years.
