R.O.K. Government’s stance regarding the special statement by the spokesperson of the North Korea’s ‘Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland’

□ The R.O.K. government gauges that North Korea responded to our proposal on holding inter-Korean governmental working-level talks on the Gaeseong Industrial Complex(GIC) in a forward-looking manner.
□As North Korea proposed, the 7th inter-Korean governmental working-level talks on the GIC is to be held on August 14th.
o The government hopes to bring reasonable measures in order to solve the problems and proceed towards an ‘advanced level of normalization’ of the GIC.
