Unification Spokesperson's Statement

- The R.O.K. government held the national security policy coordination meeting at 7:30 A.M. and discussed the current situation in North Korea including the announcement of Jang Song Thaek’s execution today.
- The R.O.K government is watching closely on the recent series of occurrences in North Korea with grave concern. We will make all necessary preparations for all possible situations while maintaining calm.
- Furthermore, the R.O.K. government will conduct close consultations with our allies and related countries.
