The R.O.K. government’s stance that all current inter-Korean issues must be resolved through dialogue remains unchanged. We once again emphasize that the door for dialogue is open. We hope that North Korea joins us in our efforts to improve inter-Korean relations and to deliver good news to the separated families in Korea on the occasion of Chuseok by promptly accepting our proposal and sincerely discussing pending issues including the reunions for the separated families.
