The Ministry of Unification’s 7th Top Executive Program for Unification Policy will commence on April 27 and run through August 3.
The opening ceremony and the first lecture will be held at 18:30 on April 27. Unification Minister Hong Yong-pyo will give a lecture on “Making a New Korean Peninsula Together.”
Thirty-eight leaders representing the full spectrum of society, including business, medical, and legal professionals, and journalists, artists, and academics, will participate.
The Top Executive Program for Unification Policy has been run annually since 2012 to help leaders better understand unification policy and build consensus on unification of the Korean Peninsula.
Through the 6th program in 2016, a total of 217 persons including university presidents, media representatives, CEOs, heads of public agencies, and high-ranking public officials completed the program.
