o In a Q&A session between the spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry and a KCNA reporter, North Korea claimed that “it’s preposterous to say that the U.S. keeps the dialogue channel open,” saying that Washington rejected its proposal for Special Representative for North Korea Policy Sung Kim’s visit to Pyongyang.
