【Internal Affairs】
From June 18 to June 24, the North Korean media reported Kim Jong Un’s public activities as follows: Kim provided field guidance on 1) the Kim Jong Suk Pyongyang Silk Mill and 2) the test firing of a mid-range ballistic missile.
 
On June 22, the North Korean media reported that Ryomyong Street is under construction as an energy-saving green street.

【Inter-Korean Affairs】
On June 23, the North Korean media reported that the Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland (CPRF), in information bulletin No. 1106, condemned the South Korean government for planning to include the Army’s 11th Airborne Special Forces Brigade in the parade in Gwangju to mark the 66th anniversary of the Korean War.
 
On June 24, the North Korean media reported that a spokesperson for the CPRF, in a Q&A session with KNCA reporters, denounced the South Korean Ministry of Unification’s position regarding the June 15 Joint Declaration.

【Foreign Affairs】
On June 19, the North Korean media reported that a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a Q&A session with KCNA reporters, condemned the U.S. for instigating African countries to sever diplomatic ties with North Korea, adding that “This is tantamount to interference in the domestic affairs of sovereign countries.”
 
On June 20, the North Korean media reported that a spokesperson for the National Defense Commission, in a statement, denounced the deployment of nuclear weapons on the Korean Peninsula.
 
On June 23, the North Korean media reported that a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a Q&A session with KCNA reporters, criticized the United States for letting the UN Secretary General forward a letter “denying the DPRK's right to launch a satellite” to the president of the UN Security Council.
