From November 20 to 22, the North Korean media reported Kim Jong Un’s public activities as follows: Kim 1) provided field guidance to the August 25 Fishery Station, 2) posed for a commemorative photo with the participants of the sixth Congress of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea (DWUK), and 3) visited the headquarters of Large Combined Unit 380 of the Korean People’s Army (KPA).
On November 19, the North Korean media reported that the sixth Congress of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea (DWUK) was held in Pyongyang on November 17-18.
On November 21, the North Korean media reported that the meeting was held to celebrate the moving of residents into 11,900 housing units in the flood-damaged northern areas of North Hamgyong Province.
