【Internal Affairs】
On November 4, the North Korean media reported that Kim Jong Un provided field guidance at the March 16 Factory.
On November 6, the North Korean media reported that the second phase of construction of homes for scientists was completed in Hamhung City and housewarming parties began.
On November 9, the North Korean media reported that the National Loach Cooking Contest was held in Pyongsong City on November 8-9.
On November 10, the North Korean media reported that fumigation therapy was registered as national intangible heritage in the DPRK.

On November 4 and 10, the North Korean media reported that a spokesperson for the Consultative Council for National Reconciliation, in a statement, called for an anti-conservative campaign in response to South Korean conservatives’ support for ex-President Park Geun-hye and condemned the South for holding the North Korean Human Rights International Film Festival.
On November 9, the North Korean media reported that a spokesperson for the Consultative Council for National Reconciliation, in a Q&A session with KCNA reporters, denounced the ROK government for announcing unilateral sanctions against North Korea (November 6).
