【Internal Affairs】
On June 18, the North Korean media reported that Premier Pak Pong Ju gave field guidance at various units in North Pyeongan Province.

On June 18, the North Korean media reported on the progress of the construction of houses along the Hyesan-Samjiyon railway.

On June 19, the 54th anniversary of Kim Jong Il’s election as chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the North Korean media defined “carrying out the new strategic line of concentrating all efforts on the socialist economic construction” as fulfillment of the last instructions of the former leader.”
