reported that Kim Jong Un watched a joint performance by artists of
North Korea and China (November 4);
welcomed Miguel Mario
Diaz-Canel Bermudez, president of the Council of State and president
of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba (November 5); met
the Cuban President again and watched a mass gymnastics and an
artistic performance (November 6); and saw President Canel off
(November 7).
The North Korean media emphasized that the
revolutionary spirit of self-reliance and fortitude is a mighty sword.
On November 5, the North Korean media reported the opening of the
29th National Exhibition of Consumer Goods.
On November 8, the North Korean media reported that the 8th enlarged
plenary meeting of the 9th Central Committee of the Youth League was held.
On November 8, the North Korean media said that abandoning socialism
means death and emphasized anti-imperialist and class education.
On November 9, the North Korean media underscored that the Korean
people are the best.
On November 9, the North Korean media reported that the Pyongyang
Cosmetics Factory developed scores of new products.

On November 13, the North Korean
media briefly reported on the inter-Korean sports talks.
On November 3, the North Korean media condemned the South Korean
conservative parties and former army officers for arguing for the
complete modification or scrapping of the Agreement on the
Implementation of the Historic Panmunjom Declaration in the Military Domain.
On November 5, the North Korean media reported that the South’s
Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation and the North’s
Consultative Council for National Reconciliation held a joint event on
Mount Geumgang.
On November 8, the North Korean media briefly reported on the inter-Korean
health talks.
