On December 4, the North Korean media reported that the State
Funeral Committee for Kim Chol Man was formed.

On December 1, the North Korean
media condemned South Korea for participating in the North Korean
human rights resolution as a co-sponsor.

the National Security Law.

commemorating the 8th anniversary of the deadly North Korean attack on
Yeonpyeong Island as “confrontation lunacy.”

On December 1-7, the North Korean media
reported that Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK
Supreme People’s Assembly made an official visit to Latin America: he
met with Diaz-Carnel, president of Cuba’s Council of State (December
1); participated in the inaugural ceremony of the Mexican President
(December 7); and visited Cuba again on his way home to meet with Raúl
Castro, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist
Party of Cuba (December 7).
On December 2, the North Korean media demanded reflection and
resolution from Japan regarding its diplomatic moves concerning the
Japanese abduction issue.
On December 3, the North Korean media reported on the outcome of
Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho’s visit to Vietnam.

speed control as a “product of a robber’s mind-set.”
