condemned the ROK military for stating that it would begin to conduct
live-fire drills of Hyunmoo missiles on a regular basis.
On October 28, the North Korean media quoted reports that the ROK
had commenced the Hoguk military exercises and denounced the exercises.
On October 29, the North Korean media blasted the South and the US
forces for storing depleted uranium bombs at Suwon Air Base, Gyeonggi Province.

Committee, in a statement, slammed the US’s hostile policy against
North Korea.
On October 28, the North Korean media criticized Japan for releasing
the video of a collision between a North Korean ship and a Japanese
patrol boat, demanded compensation, and called on Japan to take steps
to prevent future incidents.
On October 29, the North Korean media reported that Choe Ryong Hae,
president of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly, gave a
speech at the 18th Non-Aligned Movement Summit.
