the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK).
On June 6, the North Korean media reported that Premier Kim Jae
Ryong provided field guidance at various units including the
construction site of the Chongchongang-Phyongnam Irrigation Waterway,
the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex, the Anju Pump Factory, the Taean
Heavy Machine Complex, and the Jangsan Electrical Appliances Factory.

anti-North Korean leaflets.

sternly respond to scattering of the anti-North Korean leaflets, which
have triggered the collapse of inter-Korean relations

scattering of anti-North Korean leaflets.

On June 11, the North Korean media reported that Kwon Jong Gun,
director-general of the Department of U.S. Affairs of the Foreign
Ministry, in a Q&A session with KCNA reporters, condemned the
statement by the US Department of State.
On June 11, the North Korean media reported that a spokesperson for
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a Q&A session with KCNA
reporters, denounced the UN Secretary of General for expressing
positions on the latest inter-Korean relations.
On June 12, the North Korean media reported that Foreign Minister Ri
Son Gwon, in a statement marking the second anniversary of the June 12
Summit between North Korea and the US, said that the North’s strategic
objective is to build a reliable force to manage the long-term
military threats from the US.
